And it’s because of anxiety.

It’s left you feeling lonely and disconnected from the world around you.

Anxiety has taken up your mental resources, making it more difficult to make decisions, concentrate, and think clearly.

Anxious thoughts have crippled your productivity by constantly focusing on self-defeating beliefs that play on repeat in your head.

Through your therapeutic journey with me, you will learn tools to help quiet mental chaos, regain clarity, and reclaim control of your life.

A safe space to process your feelings…

As you know, anxiety can feel as though there is an unknown threat around every corner. That’s why you over-plan for everything.

And anxiety makes you unsure of yourself, sometimes leading you to question your perceptions. It can even make it hard to trust yourself and others.

Therapy offers a safe, secure atmosphere to build trust over time with someone dependable, warm, and honest who is ready to listen and receive your truth.

Therapy is a place to talk freely and openly, knowing you can be yourself and be accepted, valued, understood, and respected.

You owe it to yourself to feel great.

Therapy can help you feel happier and less stressed. With the help of a trained professional – someone who protects your confidentiality, plans for their time with you, patiently listens, and respectfully challenges you – you will discover that therapy is a worthy investment of your time and money.

If you’re ready to face challenging emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and work to understand them, you will grow and change in positive ways.

Now, take the next step. (No, you don’t have to get horizontal on a couch to do it!)

About Me

Breanna WhiteI know what anxiety’s like…

In fact, it remains my faithful dance partner to this day.

But it’s okay… because I lead, and anxiety follows.

It wasn’t always that way, though. I used to suffer from intense people-pleasing, self-consciousness, fear of failure, and feelings of not being good enough. I felt alienated from my friends and family.

I began a tiring cycle of trying to avoid and control my anxiety. No matter what I did, I couldn’t seem to break free from the strings anxiety had attached to me. All I could do was dangle helplessly.

Then, one day, I took a chance.

I scheduled my first session with a therapist.

After experiencing the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, the nightmarish puppet show turned into a graceful dance, with anxiety as my partner instead of my master.

I left therapy with a newfound hope and realized that if I could change my thoughts, I could change my behaviors and, ultimately, my feelings. That was the philosophy that has helped me make a difference in my life and the lives of others:

If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life!

How I became a therapist…

While in therapy, I attended graduate school for counseling. After years of education and working night shifts at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital (Tulsa, OK) as a psychiatric technician, I graduated with my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northeastern State University (Broken Arrow, OK).

Once I discovered the wonders of TEAM-CBT (Testing, Empathy, Agenda-Setting, and Methods Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) from my own therapeutic experience, I knew I wanted to incorporate the approach into my practice with my clients. I currently hold a Level I TEAM-CBT certification.

When I’m not in the office…

You’ll find me reading a good book, painting, binge-watching Netflix, or enjoying the outdoors.
